The origin

Why we built this

Recomndme started during Covid. Watching skilled, talented friends struggle to communicate their value to recruiters - not because they lacked ability, but because they lacked the right vessel for their proof - made the gap obvious.

A strong CV gets you in the room. A strong recommendation makes you the obvious choice. We built the infrastructure to close that gap for everyone, not just those with the right network or the loudest voice.
